Safe Use

The IGEA swing gate operator is powered at 24V, and has been specially designed for simpler and faster installation in compliance with the latest safety standards. Thanks to the obstruction sensing device, the operator reverses motion and prevents damage to people and vehicles in the event of detecting contact.

Simpler Installation

BFT features a unique system of coded magnetic limit switches making it possible to reduce the complexity of wiring the low-voltage motors. In this system just a single wire is carried to the control panel instead of the three or five wires that are normally required, thereby increasing both the simplicity and speed of installation. Another benefit of this BFT operator is that the system is able to automatically distinguish between the open limit switch and the closed one, preventing wasted time and wiring errors.

The BFT IGEA BT is compatible with our Ecosol solar power system, making it easier than ever to save month after month by using this clean and cheap alternative energy option.

Battery Backup

An optional battery backup system is available for the BFT IGEA series of gate operators, taking all the worry out of power outages. The battery backup features a board that charges the battery while power is available, and activates the battery once power is lost - so you don't lose gate operation during a loss of power.
